Service Description

We can talk about your personal health goals - physical, mental, spiritual - whatever they may be. I'd love to share information about how you can go about hitting those goals. I may suggest some Marama services, but I am just as likely to suggest another local professional or gym that may suit your needs better. The goal is for you to leave with a plan on how to go about personal change. I can also give a preview of the "Wholesome Living" coaching that I can provide, which is a 16 week program where I give the framework & systems that can help anyone in their pursuit of any goals for any part of their lives. They learn how to tap into their potential so they can become the best versions of themselves, in service to their family & community.
