Infrared Sauna

We are happy to be able to offer sessions in our Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna.  There are many reported benefits of regular Sauna use, but it does differ from person to person.  Ultimately, you just have to give it a try yourself, although many people do find it a great addition to their personal wellness routine.  
 

All you have to do is book a time slot within 30 minutes of the intended use.  It is "first come first serve" so you'll want to schedule as early as you can to snag your preferred time.  We are proud to offer this service at a very generous price point, and 1st time use is free, as per our Impact Over Profit mission. 

Industry standard is around $30+ for a 30 minute session.  We offer 30-45 minutes for only $15 for a one-time use.
