Service Description

Book a 30 minute session to work on increasing your range of motion. We'll use Yoga fundamentals to work through a range of movements and then personalize the session by working on your weaknesses. Many people have a specific physical ailment (bad back, tight hips) that they are trying either to correct, strengthen or find ways to work around. The goal of every session is to equip the clients with not only the tools but the belief that they can work towards a more pain-free life through functional movements.
